Accessories ship within 3 working days. Q2 and R2 ship within 3 to 4 weeks; G2 within 4 to 6 weeks. Industrial robots are built to order and we confirm a date with your quote.
Yes. Every order is insured and tracked. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and robots are quoted by destination.
Import duties and local taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer. We provide all the paperwork your customs broker needs.
Yes. Q2 Pro, G2, H3, A3, QX and R2 Developer include our SDK with Python, C++ and ROS 2 support and simulator twins.
Q2, G2 and R2 carry a 12-month warranty; H3, A3 and QX carry 24 months. Extended service plans are available.
Unused accessories can be returned within 30 days. Robots can be returned within 14 days if unopened. See our returns policy for details.
