Before any ORBIT robot is boxed, it spends two days on our test floor. We call it the burn-in, and it is the single biggest reason our return rate stays low.
First comes calibration: every joint is zeroed, every encoder checked and every sensor aligned against a reference rig.
Then the robot walks. Quadrupeds cover 10 km on a treadmill bench with changing slopes and steps; humanoids run balance, push-recovery and stair routines for six hours.
Finally an engineer reviews the logs, signs off the robot and records its serial number against the results, so if you ever call support we know exactly how your robot left us.
